Plans, organizes, develops, maintains, and coordinates the development and implementation of fiscal operations, processes, policies and procedures for the MN program. Support development of the annual agency’s MN budget and reviews statewide expenditure and spend plan data. Will perform monthly program/project expense analysis and assist with the review and analysis of MN expenditures and budgets. Will be responsible for supporting executive decision making and presenting the financial aspects of projects to senior management. Requires understanding budgeting and accounting with the ability to analyze complex business problems and recommend solutions. Participate in the development and maintenance of performance metrics, measurements, methods, and targets to promote financial accountability, and assist in identifying performance improvement opportunities.
