Novacruitix is actively seeking motivated and enthusiastic Junior Java Developers to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for entry-level candidates and aspiring developers who want to build their careers in Java development and software engineering.
Candidates with a strong understanding of Java fundamentals, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates and candidates with internship, academic, or project experience are welcome.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving software issues.
Collaborate with developers and team members on assigned projects.
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
Work with databases and integrate application components as required.
Document technical processes and contribute to project improvements.
Learn new technologies and continuously improve development skills.
Basic knowledge of Java programming and object-oriented programming (OOP).
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and core programming concepts.
Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
Knowledge of debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Internship, academic project, or personal project experience in Java development.
Familiarity with Spring Boot, REST APIs, Git, or Maven is an advantage.
Understanding of basic web technologies is a plus.
