Straight Truck DriverWe are seeking an experienced, dedicated Straight Truck Driver to join our team. In this position, you will be required to drive to and from the Berks, Philadelphia and Chester county areas on a daily basis to pick up our drop off product. The schedule days are: Monday 9:00AM to Finish Tuesday 8:00AM to Finish Friday 7:00AM to Finish Saturday 7:00AM to FinishGeneral Duties:Implements safe and efficient operating procedures while meeting established schedules.Efficiently load and/or unload freight using proper freight handling equipment.Take responsibility of and secure the equipment and/or cargo.Receive and verify dispatch instructions properly.Complete daily log and all other necessary paperwork.Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspection of equipment.Maintain and update driving and safety skills.Perform duties in a manner that promotes superior customer service.Communicate with supervision to receive instructions, report delays or safety hazards, and report accidents involving the driver or Company equipment.Requirements:Must possess a valid driver's license with good driving history (no accidents or violations in the past 10 years)Class A CDL or Class B CDL a plus but not requiredExperience operating a box truck is a mustMust have safe and competent driving historyJob Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Trucking Driver Type: Company driver Trucking Route: Regional Work Location: In person Salary: From $18 an hour Employment Type: Full-time Qualifications Benefits 401(k), Health insurance, Paid time off, Vision insurance, Dental insurance, Life insurance
