You will respond to inquiries quickly and provide accurate information while maintaining a professional and friendly tone. Throughout the day, you will work to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, ensuring every interaction results in a positive experience. You will keep detailed records of each interaction in the CRM system and collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs and improve service delivery.
