What You Will Do:

• Inspect commercial roofing systems, identify repair needs, and complete assigned roof repair and maintenance work with attention to safety and workmanship.
• Use sound general maintenance knowledge to troubleshoot leaks, damaged components, drainage concerns, and other building exterior issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities that help customers avoid costly repairs and extend the life of their commercial roof systems.
• Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, gauges, and job related equipment responsibly while keeping work areas organized.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, teammates, and customers regarding job progress, repair findings, and recommended next steps.
• Bring a solutions focused attitude to changing jobsite conditions while supporting a productive, safety minded field team.

What You Will Bring:

• You bring hands on experience in commercial roof repair, building maintenance, general maintenance, construction, or a closely related field service role.
• You can diagnose maintenance concerns and complete repairs using strong mechanical aptitude, careful observation, and practical judgment.
• You understand the importance of safe work practices, including working around electrical systems, tools, equipment, and active commercial jobsites.
• You are reliable, physically capable of performing field based repair work, and comfortable working outdoors in varying Florida weather conditions.
• You take pride in professional workmanship, follow directions well, and contribute positively to a team focused on customer satisfaction.

Helpful Technical Experience:

• Experience with industrial maintenance, preventive maintenance, electrical repair, electrical wiring, or electrical systems can strengthen your ability to troubleshoot jobsite issues.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyor systems, programmable logic controllers, boilers, or appliance repair is beneficial for candidates with broad maintenance backgrounds.
• Welding fabrication, HVAC certification, make ready experience, and grounds maintenance experience are welcomed as additional practical skills.
