The Opportunity

We're seeking a TPA Billing & Collections Specialist with direct Third-Party Administrator experience. This opportunity is suited to someone who understands how TPA processes work in practice and has hands-on experience with billing, accounts receivable, collections and payment procedures.

Direct TPA experience is essential. Experience in general accounting, construction or an insurance-adjacent business alone will not meet the requirement.

The Role

• Manage billing activities within established TPA processes.
• Handle accounts receivable and monitor outstanding balances.
• Follow up on overdue payments and outstanding claims-related balances.
• Track payment status, investigate discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
• Communicate with relevant parties to progress outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, collections and payment activity.
• Support timely payment processing and accurate financial reporting.

Experience Required

• Direct, hands-on experience working within a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) environment.
• Practical understanding of TPA workflows and payment procedures.
• Experience with billing and accounts receivable.
• Proven collections and payment follow-up experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.

This is a firm salary range. Candidates must have the relevant TPA experience and be comfortable within the stated range.
